Using SnapFret
SnapFret lets you paste or photograph chord sheets and watch them played by 3D hands, with AI tools that arrange and explain them. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you paste or upload. You are responsible for having the right to use it. SnapFret is for your personal practice: it has no song catalogue and does not publish your sheets.
You give us permission to process your content only to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider when you use AI features.
AI output
Arrangements, chord suggestions and coaching are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important, and use your own judgement when practising.
Accounts
Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone with it can sign in to SnapFret. One person per account.
Free plan, trial and Pro
Every plan, Pro included, has monthly limits on AI features (photo scans, AI arranges and coach messages) and a limit on saved songs. The current numbers are on the pricing page; unused allowance does not roll over. Pasting and playing songs has no limit. New accounts get a 7-day Pro trial that needs no card and ends on its own.
Pro is billed by Polar, our merchant of record, monthly or yearly until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add tax as required in your country.
You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Polar’s buyer terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around limits, or to use it to share content you do not have the right to share.
Availability and liability
We work to keep SnapFret running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, SnapFret is provided as is and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
